Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

1Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do with NxGn Assistants. It applies to all use of the Service, including AI assistants, MCP integrations, scheduled tasks, and any content you generate, upload, or share through the platform. This AUP supplements our Terms of Use.

2Permitted use

You may use NxGn Assistants for lawful productivity, automation, and creative work, including building assistants, connecting MCP tools you are authorized to use, and generating content that complies with this policy and applicable law.

NxGn Assistants is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model provider. When we mention model names on our website or in the app, we are describing integrations you can configure. Those names are not our brand and do not indicate a partnership with those providers.

3Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, request, store, distribute, or promote any of the following:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated images, videos, audio, or text.
  • Face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, or impersonation content intended to mislead others or depict real people without consent.
  • Content that exploits, harms, or sexualizes minors, or that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Harassment, hate speech, credible threats, or content that incites violence or discrimination.
  • Malware, spyware, phishing, spam, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that violates third-party terms of service (including MCP providers and AI model APIs).
  • Marketing or product positioning that promises "uncensored," "unfiltered," "no filter," "NSFW," or similar unrestricted generation through NxGn Assistants.

4AI-generated content

When you use features that generate text, images, audio, or video, you are responsible for your prompts, outputs, and how you use them. You must not attempt to bypass safety controls, moderation, or usage limits.

We may block, filter, or refuse prompts and outputs that violate this policy. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5Automation and third-party tools

You are responsible for MCP servers, API keys, credentials, and automations you configure. Do not use the Service to abuse third-party platforms, send unsolicited messages at scale, or run workflows you are not authorized to operate.

6Enforcement

We may investigate reported or suspected violations, remove or restrict content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or pose risk to users, partners, or the Service. We may update this policy as our product and compliance requirements evolve.
