Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

NxGn Assistants stores information you enter in the app (including mcp server settings and usage that you trigger) and technical data collected to operate and secure the service. Third-party MCP servers, AI model providers, and other integrations you configure are governed by those providers' terms and your configuration choices.

1Information We Collect

Personal Information

NxGn Assistants may collect the following personal information:

  • Account details such as email address and profile information (depending on sign-in method)
  • Billing-related data handled by our payment providers for subscriptions
  • API keys or credentials you supply for chat models and other integrations (bring-your-own-key configurations)

Assistant configuration, chat history, and automation activity

To run AI assistants, connect MCP servers, and automate workflows, the Service may process information you provide or generate through use, such as:

  • Assistant setup you create (for example, prompts, model choices, tools, and execution settings)
  • Chat and conversation history stored in our online database tied to your account so you can access conversations across devices
  • MCP server configuration you enter (for example, server URLs, labels, command arguments, or environment-style variables required by an integration)
  • Secrets or tokens you supply so the Service can authenticate to MCP servers or related APIs (you should avoid sharing secrets outside trusted channels)
  • Operational metadata associated with automation runs (for example, timestamps, status, or error messages needed to operate and debug workflows)
  • Scheduled task configuration and run history (for example, prompts, schedules, status, or error messages)
  • Content you submit as part of a chat, workflow, or scheduled run (such as prompts or payloads sent through configured MCP integrations or AI models), which may transit third-party providers governed by those services

Prompts and generated outputs must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may process or retain information needed to enforce that policy and keep the Service secure.

Non-Personal Information

We also collect non-personal data through:

  • Device, browser, and technical usage data
  • Cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, security, and product performance

Local and device storage

The app may use browser or device storage for preferences (for example, UI settings) consistent with how the product is implemented in your environment. Chat history and account-linked data are stored in our online database, not only on your device.

2Purpose of Data Collection

  • To provide AI assistants, MCP connections, scheduled tasks, automation features, and in-product support
  • To manage subscriptions, billing, and customer support
  • To improve reliability, detect abuse, and maintain security
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3Data Sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers that help us operate NxGn Assistants (for example, authentication, hosting, analytics, AI model routing when you use platform-provided access, and payment processing). When you use MCP servers, AI model providers, or other third-party tools, those providers may process information you send according to their own terms and privacy practices—we do not control them. We do not sell your personal information.

4Data Retention and Controls

We retain information as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account or data-related support by contacting us at [email protected].

5Children's Privacy

NxGn Assistants is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
