1Subscription and Billing

NextGen Assistants offers one paid plan at $99 per month. There is no free trial—billing begins when you subscribe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout and may vary by location or payment provider.

2Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

3Refund Policy

Because NextGen Assistants is a digital subscription service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or charges after a renewal you did not cancel in time.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with features.
  • Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, we will comply with those requirements.
  • Disputes filed with your payment provider are subject to their policies and timelines; contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect.

4Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
