1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextGen Assistants ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2Service Description

NextGen Assistants helps you configure and use custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and related workflows to automate tasks. The Service may include interfaces to add server configuration, manage credentials you provide, and execute or monitor automation runs.

Features and availability may change as the product evolves. MCP servers and external tools are provided by third parties; we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or compliance.

3Account Requirements

• •You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• •You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• •You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe.

4Subscriptions and Billing

NextGen Assistants offers one paid plan at $99 per month. There is no free trial.

• •Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
• •All charges are final. We do not provide refunds for partial or unused billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• •You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.

5Acceptable Use

• •Do not misuse the Service, interfere with platform operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
• •Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or abuse third-party systems (including MCP servers or APIs).
• •Do not rely on automated outputs as a substitute for professional judgment where human review is required (for example, security, finance, legal, safety, or compliance decisions).

6Third-Party MCP, automation, and software disclaimer

The Service integrates with MCP servers and other tools you configure. Those systems are operated by third parties and may process, store, or transmit your data according to their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the availability, behavior, outputs, costs, damages, or security of third-party MCP servers or for actions taken through automations you enable. You are solely responsible for reviewing permissions, prompts, credentials, and the suitability of automated actions in your environment.

7Data and Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to collection and use of information as described there, including configuration and operational data needed to connect MCP integrations. We do not sell your personal information.

8Intellectual Property

The Service, including branding and software, is owned by NextGen Assistants. You retain ownership of content you provide (including prompts, configurations, and other materials you submit), and you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users, systems, or service integrity.

10Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Assistants is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
